The invention discloses a building fire scene
monitoring system based on an unmanned aerial vehicle and an implementation method thereof, and the
system comprises the unmanned aerial vehicle, a holder structure disposed on the unmanned aerial vehicle, a high-altitude displacement telemetering device connected to the holder structure, and a corresponding
signal conversion circuit and a
voltage stabilizing circuit, a displacement
beacon arranged outside the building, a temperature sensor, a displacement sensor and a low-
delay communication device which are arranged inside the building, and a monitoring and early warning terminal for receiving and
processing signals. A 3D digital model is established for the high-risk fire building, and a building fire collapse
database is established through
simulation analysis; the displacement value of each monitored part is compared with a displacement threshold value in a
database, and early warning
processing is carried out. According to the invention, a mode of combined monitoring inside and outside the building is adopted, the unmanned aerial vehicle is adopted to carry the high-altitude displacement telemetering device above the building for monitoring, and monitoring information is transmitted in a low-
delay manner, so that effective monitoring of a building fire scene is realized.
