The circuit comprises a data driven IC, a plurality of first switching unit and a delay control unit. A plurality of output channels of the data driven IC are respectively connected with pixel electrodes on corresponding lines in a glass substrate through data lines and output charging signals to charge the pixel electrodes on the corresponding lines; each output channel is provided with one first switching unit for controlling the output channel on which the first switching unit is positioned according to delay control signals generated by the delay control unit and outputting the charging signals according to preset delayed time; and the delay control unit generates the corresponding delay control signals according to impedance values of the corresponding data lines so as to control to start the corresponding first switching unit according to the preset delayed time and ensure each pixel electrode to have equal charging time. The LCD data driven IC output compensation circuit does not need to be wound with a wire; the routing space of the glass substrate is reduced, the LCD data driven IC output compensation circuit is beneficial to the design of a narrow border of a liquid crystal display, and the EMI (Electro Magnetic Interference) problem generated when all the output channels are simultaneously opened are improved.

The invention relates to a pixel driving circuit in a silica-based organic luminous display, which is a pixel driving circuit that an input electricity is connected with a column scan line, a row scan line and a data line while an output electricity is connected with a diode, wherein the pixel driving circuit is connected with a pixel driving circuit with a constant current source through a level shifter circuit by a binary latch; the binary latch is used for gate of column and row data of the display equipment; the pixel driving circuit with the constant current source is used for providing current with fixed amplitude for an organic light emitting diode under pixel gate condition to allow organic light emitting diode to light, and change the intensity according to duty ratio of data provided by the data line; the level shifter circuit is used for high and low level shifting between the binary latch and the pixel driving circuit with the constant current source; the pixel driving circuit transmits data on a data line to the pixel driving circuit according to a column scan line and a row scan line, which results in gray-scale display of the organic light emitting diode. The whole pixel driving circuit of the invention adopts a transistor for charge and discharge instead of a traditional capacitor, thus the aperture ratio of the pixel circuit is significantly improved; through the constant current provided by a quiescent current source, the current passing under operating condition of the organic light emitting diode can be accurately controlled and not influenced by a threshold voltage.

According to the invention, the threshold voltages of the driving transistor and the data voltages on a data line are written into the storage capacitor through the turn-on control module and the writing control module in a step-by-step mode, and it is controlled that driving currents of the driving transistor are irrelevant to the threshold voltages of the driving transistors. Besides, reference voltages are also written into the second end of the storage capacitor through the writing control module in the writing phase, and it is controlled that the driving currents of the driving transistor are irrelevant to unlatching voltages of a luminescent element in a luminescence maintaining phase.
