universal joint, an output shaft, a bearing, a transmission eccentric block, a sleeve, a main
body support device, springs, a
grinding platform, a material bowl, a material bowl cover, a
grinding disk and a material bowl fastening device, wherein the driving device is connected with the input shaft by the transmission device; the input shaft and the output shaft are connected with two ends of the
universal joint respectively; the transmission eccentric block is fixed on the output shaft; gravity centers of the transmission eccentric block and the output shaft are in a vertical direction but not on the same straight line; the grinding platform is provided with a hollow base; the hollow base is fixedly connected with the upper surface of the sleeve; a round hole is formed in the center of the upper surface of the sleeve; the bearing at the lower part of the output shaft is exactly positioned in the hole; the platform surface of the grinding platform is uniformly connected with the main
