The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a pair of general surgery department surgical hemostatic forceps. The forceps comprise two forcep arms which are hinged to each other through a connection shaft. The tail of each forcep arm is provided with a handle and a locking tooth, the head of each forcep arm is provided with a forcep head, the clamping portion of one forcep head is provided with a blood drainage device which comprises a clamping mat, and a plurality of drainage holes are formed in the outer surface of the clamping mat, and the drainage holes are communicated with the outside through a blood drainage catheter. According to the general surgery department surgical hemostatic forceps, blood flowing out from the clamping point can be suctioned out by a suction pipe through the blood drainage catheter, alternating use of the hemostatic forceps and a sucking device is not needed in an operation, operation time is reduced, and work efficiency is improved.

The present invention relates to hydrogels based on hyaluronic acid based derivatives, that are more resistant than hyaluronic acid alone towards chemical and enzymatic degradation and are endowed with a mix of chemical and mechanical properties such that they are of optimal use in several surgeries, for instance for injection in bone fractures or cavities and for the production of coatings of prostheses in orthopedic surgery, as fillers in cosmetic and maxillo-facial surgery, as anti-adhesion barrier in the prevention of postoperative adhesions in abdominal and abdominal / pelvic surgery, and in general surgery. These hydrogels can be loaded with several different kinds of compounds having pharmacological and biological activity, that are then released from the hydrogel in the site of intervention.
