After the wing-shaped osteotome completes osteotomy through the osteotomy guider, the osteotomy guider can be integrally brought out, and operation steps are simplified; the number of the cutting edges is increased, besides, each groove is additionally formed between every two cutting edges, and bone fractures during osteotomy can be avoided under the condition that sharpness of the cutting edges is guaranteed; and in addition, arranged fixing nails can fix the osteotomy guider and the tibia platform test mold to the tibia bone surface together, and instrument displacement during osteotomy is prevented.
