The invention relates to the field of silk yarns, in particular to a metallic
yarn preparation process which comprises the following steps: S1, plating
metal on a
polyester film in vacuum, and then
coating a transparent resin protective layer to obtain a basic
raw material film; s2, the basic
raw material thin film is wound into a roll, and the roll is installed on a shredding device; s3, the two ends of the basic
raw material film roll are shredded at the same time through two cutters of a shredding device; and S4, winding and collecting the silk
yarn at the same time to obtain the metallic
yarn. The shredding device comprises a base transversely provided with a first
transverse groove, two side supporting plates symmetrically sliding in the first
transverse groove, two rotating bases rotationally connected to the upper ends of the two side supporting plates correspondingly, two conical heads fixed to the inner sides of the two rotating bases correspondingly, a two-way screw I transversely rotating in the first
transverse groove, and a two-way screw II transversely rotating in the second transverse groove. The two side supporting plates are in threaded connection with the two ends of the two-way screw I respectively. According to the shredding device, shredding can be conducted through the two cutters at the same time, and the shredding efficiency is high.
