The invention relates to glucocorticoid replacement therapy and provides pharmaceutical compositions and kits designed to deliver one or more glucocorticoids to a subject in need thereof in a manner that results in serum levels of the glucocorticoid that essentially mimic that of a healthy subject for a clinically relevant period of time. The pharmaceutical composition comprises one or more glucocorticoids, wherein a first part of one or more glucocorticoids is substantially immediately released and a second part of one or more glucocorticoids is released over an extended period of time of at least about 8 hours, and the amount of the one or more glucocorticoids of the first part, expressed as hydrocortisone equivalents, is in a range of from about 15 to about 50% of the total hydrocortisone equivalents. The invention also relates to a kit comprising a first and a second component, the first component designed to release one or more glucocorticoids substantially immediately and the second component is designed to release one or more glucocorticoids over an extended period of time of at least 8 hours. The invention also relates to a method for treating diseases requiring glucocorticoid treatment such as in subjects having a glucocorticoid deficiency disorder. In another aspect the invention relates to the use of a first and a second amount of one or more glucocorticoids for the preparation of a pharmaceutical composition or kit for the treatment of a glucocorticoid deficiency disorder.

The invention discloses a liquid-solid contact electrification friction nano-generator, which comprises a high-molecular material layer, an electrode layer and a reference electrode, wherein the high-molecular material layer and the electrode layer constitute a power generation unit, and the power generation unit and the reference electrode respectively constitute two poles of the liquid-solid contact electrification friction nano-generator; both sides of the electrode layer are covered with the high-molecular material layer; the electrode layer is sealed in the high-molecular material layer on both sides; the electrode layer and the reference electrode constitute an electrode pair through a wire and electric equipment; and both the reference electrode and the power generation unit are partially placed in the liquid. The high-molecular material layer sufficiently wraps the electrode layer, thereby not only being capable of enlarging the liquid-solid contact area, but also being capableof shielding the inductive charge of the liquid around the electrode layer to the electrode layer, enabling the charge generated by the contact between the liquid and the material to be sufficientlytransferred, and forming current in an external circuit. Compared with the prior art, the generating capacity of the liquid-solid contact electrification friction nano-generator is improved by 8.3 times, thereby solving the technical requirement of long-term energy supply for ocean sensors.

Due to the fact that current of the collector electrode of the IGBT is in direct proportion to the turn-on voltage of a gate pole, the plus 9V door pole level limits the current of the collector electrode of the IGBT to be a relatively low value; and therefore, when the driving circuit outputs minus 8V to turn off the IGBT consequently, the generated current change rate is not too high, namely, the suppression to the peak voltage is realized, and the safety of the IGBT is protected.

Inverter apparatus

An inverter apparatus can lengthen a lift span and improve efficiency. Instead of a conventional electrolytic capacitor, only a noise absorption film capacitor is provided in a DC intermediate circuit between rectifying and inverter circuits. In a voltage command generating unit, when a frequency set by a frequency setting unit is within a predetermined range including the frequency of an AC input power supply, PLL control is performed to make the frequency set by an output voltage command signal equal to the frequency of the AC input power supply voltage, and to substantially synchronize the peak value of an output voltage from the inverter circuit with the peak value of a voltage formed between both ends of the film capacitor. Accordingly, output voltage amplitude is generated when the frequency set by the output voltage command signal equals the frequency of the voltage of the AC input power supply.

An ignition timing control device for an internal combustion engine includes a storage device and a processor. The storage device stores a first learned neural network and a second learned neural network. The processor is configured to perform, in a next cycle where ignition timing is delayed, control to delay the ignition timing in a cycle after the next cycle based on a difference between a predictive value of an estimate of a value representing knocking intensity calculated with use of the second learned neural network and the estimate of the value representing the knocking intensity calculated with use of the first learned neural network. When the difference is larger than a predetermined set value, the processor is configured not to perform the control to delay the ignition timing in the cycle after the next cycle.
