The invention relates to heat exchange equipment for heat exchange among multiple media under high pressure, and in particular relates to a multi-medium-flow high-pressure plate type heat exchanger in which one or multiple media in different states is / are recycled for utilizing respective heat fully in the same process flow. The multi-medium-flow high-pressure plate type heat exchanger comprises basic members including one or more barrel bodies, one or more heat exchange cores, one or more end covers, one or more end cover fixing pieces and one or more sealing rings, wherein the heat exchange core is arranged into the barrel body, and the end covers are arranged at the two ends of the barrel body so as to form the single-barrel-body multi-medium-flow high-pressure plate type heat exchanger; or in at least two combined barrel bodies with different diameters, the heat exchange cores matched with a corresponding barrel body are arranged, variable-diameter baffles are arranged at the end parts of the combined barrel bodies which are connected; the combined barrel bodies with different diameters are connected together; and the end covers are arranged at the end parts of the pressed sections of the combined barrel bodies, thus forming the multi-medium-flow high-pressure plate type heat exchanger with the combined barrel bodies. The heat exchanger has the advantages of reasonable structure, sealability, pressure resistance, high heat exchange efficiency, capability for realizing the comprehensive transformation and utilization of heat energy, energy conservation, environmental protection, low cost and convenience in operation.
