friction welding manner; a UV high-
hardness finish paint layer is sprayed on the front surface of the sign body, and a silk-
screen printing ink layer, a UV primer layer and a nano inorganic
silicon coating are sequentially arranged on the back surface of the sign body; a light-emitting device is further arranged between thesign body and the sign base and comprises a
light guide plate and an LED rubber frame, the back face of the
light guide plate is installed on the sign base through screws, and the front face of the
light guide plate is connected with the LED rubber frame through a buckle.
LED lamp beads are arranged on the LED rubber frame, and an
LED lamp driving circuit is installed on the sign base and electrically connected with the
LED lamp beads through wires. According to the invention, the sign body is irradiated by means of the LED lamp beads installed inside the sign, the lighting effect is good, therequirements of the 77GH
millimeter-
wave radar for permeability and accuracy are met, and the sign has the
metal surface effect.
