The invention discloses a biological herbicide for extinguishing ageratina adenophora. The herbicide is prepared from the following components in parts by weight through a fermentation process: 50-100parts of a plant organism extract, 1-5 parts of an organic acid, 3-5 parts of a fermentation agent and 3-5 parts of an aldehyde resin, wherein the plant organism comprises green walnut peel, cyperusrotundus, stellera chamaejasme, artemisia argyi, datura stramonium, fructus cnidii, aconite, crocus sativus, nepenthes attenboroughii, sweet wormwood herb, chinaberry barks, coriaria nepalensis fruits, coriaria nepalensis barks and herba patriniae. By adopting the herbicide, ageratina adenophora can die rapidly, roots can be rotten, and toxic plant herbs such as ageratina adenophora and various weeds can be thoroughly killed; furthermore, the herbs and weeds can be converted into an organic fertilizer which is returned into soil to provide nutrients and trace elements to the soil; the herbicide has a soil improvement function; free oxygen in an environment can be rapidly consumed, organic matter type nutrients can be generated, soil can be loosened, and growth and propagation of harmful bacteria of a shallow soil layer can be effectively inhibited; and the herbicide is free of pollution to environments and water sources, and is safe to human bodies.
