33 results about "Ad hoc routing" patented technology

An ad hoc routing protocol is a convention, or standard, that controls how nodes decide which way to route packets between computing devices in a mobile ad hoc network. In ad hoc networks, nodes are not familiar with the topology of their networks.

Intelligent vehicle-mounted system

The present invention provides an intelligent vehicle-mounted system, wherein the hardware structure comprises a central processing controller, a wireless communication module, a power module, a GPS positioning module, a storing module, an audio/video broadcasting module and a human-machine interaction module, wherein the wireless communication module, the power module, the GPS positioning module, the storing module and the audio/video broadcasting module are connected with the central processing controller. The vehicle-mounted system software mainly comprises a main interface program, GPS positioning navigation software and multimedia broadcasting software. The vehicle-mounted system and other vehicle-mounted terminal form an Ad Hoc network through the wireless communication module. The communication protocol of vehicle-mounted system adopts an Ad Hoc routing protocol based on GPS and electronic map and an MAC protocol with adjustable power. The vehicle-mounted system supports the functions of enciphering and authenticating. The vehicle-mounted system can aim at different user grades for allocating authority and executing related authentication to the user. The independent and distributed intelligent vehicle-mounted terminal system of the invention can be applied to various vehicles for realizing the interconnection, intercommunication and information sharing of Ad Hoc mode between intelligent vehicle-mounted systems and for realizing the multi-hop communication between the vehicle and the stationary platform. The intelligent vehicle-mounted system of the invention has the advantages of intelligentization, low cost, convenient use, etc.

Mobile ad-hoc routing apparatus and method

A mobile ad-hoc routing apparatus includes a first communication module and a second communication module configured to transmit and receive data through a first communication band and a second communication band, respectively, a memory configured to store a program for transmitting and receiving the data, and a processor configured to execute the program stored in the memory, wherein when the program is executed, the processor receives first control information broadcast by one or more neighboring nodes via the first communication module and stores the first control information in the memory, wherein the first control information includes current position and communication status information of the neighboring node, the processor updates information on the neighboring node on the basis of the first control information, generates packet forwarding information which includes information on a node which currently allows packet data to be transmitted based on the updated information on the neighboring node, and stores the generated packet forwarding information in the memory, and the processor determines a subsequent node which allows the packet data to be transmitted to a destination node on the basis of the packet forwarding information and transmits the packet data to the subsequent node via the second communication module.

The invention provides an Ad-Hoc routing protocol verification method based on BeagleBone-Black. The method comprises the following steps that step 1 the system core of a useless module component is removed to be transplanted to the BeagleBone-Black system of each equipment node; step 2 a routing protocol requiring verification is transplanted to the system, and external network card parameters are configured so that the node is enabled to normally receive and transmit data; step 3 multiple equipment nodes are started to operate the routing protocol in the outdoor onsite scene, the working mode is configured as Ad-Hoc, the external sensor of the system also searches signals, the customized software is started on one node to search and forward a target host in the network, and the end-to-end transmission delay and the packet loss rate of the data are observed at the target host side through the customized software; and step 4 all the equipment nodes are started to perform testing so as to obtain the verification result. With application of the technical scheme, the equipment nodes can be brought to the onsite scene so that the authenticity and the reliability of the experimental data can be further enhanced, and the system is enabled to have great application prospect by the simple and rapid networking mode.
