The invention discloses an
excavator energy consumption analyzing method based on working stage recognition. The method comprises the following steps of reading double-
pump pressure data from a
CAN bus of an
excavator driving controller, carrying out filtering and frequency reducing, and intercepting
pressure data to be recognized; extracting and normalizing feature vectors, inputting into a libSVM model matched with the sampling frequency of the driving controller to recognize the working stage of the
excavator, correcting the recognition result by an
intelligent verification link; carrying out
energy consumption analysis of the excavator according to the instantaneous fuel consumption rate data, outputting the working state and
oil consumption state of the excavator to a display unit, and uploading the result to an
internet of things platform of the excavator through an
external connection controller. According to the method,
CAN bus data is fully utilized, the libSVM model established based on a plurality of frequency training sample signals and the
system sampling is adopted to reduce the data volume of the pressure signals, and the applicability and the instantaneity of the method is improved, the remote monitoring of the excavator is realized through
the internet of things platform, and a reference and a basis are provided for
energy conservation and consumption reductionof the excavator.
