phosphorylcholine to synthesize bio-based polyether

soft segment, and carrying out prepolymerization and chain extension reaction on the bio-based polyether
polyol, bio-based diisocyanate and asymmetric diisocyanate to prepare the bio-based
flame-retardant antistatic
thermoplastic elastomer. The preparation method comprises the following steps: preparing bio-based
thermoplastic polyurethane, performing in-situ construction of a
tannic acid-
zinc complex shell layer on the surface of
ammonium polyphosphate through
zinc ion coordination to obtain bio-based modified
ammonium polyphosphate, and finally performing
melt blending on the bio-based
thermoplastic polyurethane, the bio-based modified
ammonium polyphosphate, aluminum
hydroxide, mixed conductive filler and other components to obtain the
conductive coating. The bio-based flame-retardant antistatic
thermoplastic elastomer is obtained; on the premise of
environmental protection, high balance of flame retardance, antistatic property,
mechanical strength and processability is realized.
