A bone marrow transplant is a medical procedure performed to replace bone marrow that has been damaged or destroyed by disease, infection, or chemotherapy. This procedure involves transplanting blood stem cells, which travel to the bone marrow where they produce new blood cells and promote growth of new marrow.

Anti-CD45 antibodies and conjugates thereof

Disclosed herein are anti-CD45 antibodies, antigen-binding fragments thereof, and antibody drug conjugates (ADCs) that specifically bind to human CD45. The antibodies and ADCs can be used in therapeutic methods including methods of depleting CD45 + cells in a patient. The compositions and methods described herein can be used for direct treatment of conditions, for example, by depleting CD45 + cancer cells or populations of autoimmune cells. The compositions and methods described herein can also be used to prepare a patient for hematopoietic stem cell transplantation therapy and to improve the implantation of hematopoietic stem cell grafts by selectively depleting endogenous CD45 + cells prior to the transplantation procedure.

Cryopreserved osteochondral allograft (COCA) transplantation defect sizers and instrument kits

PendingUS20260191663A1Subchondral boneCardiac allograft
There is disclosed a defect sizer tool for selection of an appropriately sized pre-cut core for a cryopreserved osteochondral allograft (COCA) transplantation procedure. In an embodiment, the tool includes an elongated connector that provides a handle portion. A ring measurement guide at one end, with a given diameter, and alignable with a cartilage defect to provide an estimated measurement of a diameter. There is disclosed an instrument kit with a pin, a pin guide, and a reamer configured to slidingly receive the pin, blades at one end, and a rotational drive connector at the other end. In an embodiment, a method for a COCA transplantation procedure includes providing an instrument kit, using the pin guide to place the pin in the subchondral bone, and operating the reamer to score surrounding cartilage prior to the reamer bit portion reaming the subchondral bone to the desired depth. Other embodiments are also disclosed.

A method, device, equipment and medium for dynamically matching fecal flora transplant donors and recipients

ActiveCN121075407BInstrumentsMolecular structuresCandidate donorTransplant Procedure
The embodiment of the application discloses a kind of fecal bacteria transplantation donor-recipient dynamic matching method, device, equipment and medium, in response to donor-recipient matching request, the fecal bacteria transplantation after monitoring data of current preset sampling time of to-be-matched recipient is acquired;Wherein, the fecal bacteria transplantation after monitoring data is determined based on the fecal bacteria group of any one target donor to to-be-matched recipient after completing fecal bacteria transplantation operation, and the target donor is determined based on the genetic feature information, immune feature information and clinical feature information of to-be-matched recipient and multiple candidate donors for adaptability matching;Fecal bacteria transplantation after monitoring data is input into transplantation strategy control model, and at least one of the donor switching strategy and dose adjustment strategy for adjusting to-be-matched recipient in next period is output, overall compatibility evaluation is realized by multi-modal data integration, and treatment scheme is continuously optimized by means of dynamic feedback mechanism, which significantly improves the precision and adaptability of fecal bacteria transplantation treatment.

Patient positioning system for enhanced corneal graft attachment after ophthalmological procedure

PCT designated stageWO2026133325A1Laser surgeryMedical communicationTransplant ProcedureReoperative surgery
The present disclosure provides a solution for maintaining, by monitoring and guidance operations, a desired condition state in an eye of the subject, following an ophthalmological procedure. For example, the procedure may be corneal transplant, either a complete transplant of a corneal or a partial transplant of some layers of the cornea. Following the procedure, a gas bubble is injected into the eye to maintain the corneal graft in position. As long as the gas bubble is located below the corneal graft, it assists in maintaining the graft in position. As the gas bubble is lighter than the medium in the eye, it keeps pushing upwards and applying forces on the graft and preventing it from dislocating. The present disclosure provides a solution that keeps monitoring the gas bubble, or any other condition state resulted by an ophthalmological procedure and providing instructions to the subject in case the gas bubble deviates from certain allowed boundaries within the eye.
