A
PIN diode electrically controlled attenuation circuit comprises a
radio frequency main link and a
direct current bias circuit, the positive
electrode of a
PIN diode D1 is connected with the negative
electrode of a
PIN diode D2 through a
microstrip circuit 1, and the negative
electrode of the PIN
diode D1 is connected with one end of a
capacitor C1; the positive electrode of the PIN
diode D4 is connected with the negative electrode of the PIN
diode D3 through the
microstrip circuit 4, and the negative electrode of the PIN diode D4 is connected with one end of the
capacitor C2; the positive electrode of the PIN diode D2 is connected with one end of the
microstrip circuit 2, the positive electrode of the PIN diode D3 is connected with one end of the microstrip circuit 3, and the other end of the microstrip circuit 2 is connected with the other end of the microstrip circuit 3; a
driving current Ic is connected with one end of a
capacitor C3 and one end of a
resistor R6, the other end of the
resistor R6 is connected with one end of an
inductor L4, the other end of the
inductor L4 is connected to one end of an
inductor L3 and one end of a capacitor C4, the other end of the capacitor C3 and the other end of the capacitor C4 are respectively grounded, the other end of the inductor L3 is connected with one end of a
resistor R5, and the other end of the resistor R5 is connected with the other end of the microstrip circuit 2 and the other end of the microstrip circuit 3. The circuit is simple, the attenuation
dynamic range is enlarged, and attenuation stability is improved.
