microprocessor U1, a
water level meter interface circuit, a
rain gauge interface circuit, a GPRS /
GSM (
General Packet Radio Service /
Global System for Mobile Communications) interface circuit, a PSTN (Public Switched
Telephone Network) interface circuit, a memory circuit and a power supply circuit, wherein a
water level signal detected by a
water level meter is transmitted to the
microprocessor U1 by the water level meter interface circuit; a rainfall
signal detected by a
rain gauge is transmitted to the
microprocessor U1 by the
rain gauge interface circuit; the microprocessor U1 is used for receiving the water level
signal and the rainfall signal and
processing the signals; the memory circuit is used for storing the water level and rainfall signal data processed by the microprocessor U1; the GPRS /
GSM interface circuit and the PSTN interface circuit are used for remotely setting parameters or remotely inquiring, transmitting and monitoring the water level and rainfall signal data; and the power supply circuit is used for providing working power supplies to the microprocessor U1, the water level meter interface circuit, the rainfall interface circuit, the GPRS /
GSM interface circuit, the PSTN interface circuit and the memory circuit. The hydrologic information collection instrument provided by the invention has the advantages of timeliness in
data transmission, accuracy, flexibility and convenience in use.
