This invention discloses a dust-proof and
environmentally friendly construction waste recycling device in the field of
construction waste recycling technology. It includes a magnetic mechanism and a crushing mechanism inside the outer shell. The crushing mechanism includes a cylindrical lifting block with multiple open cylindrical lifting block grooves at its bottom. The magnetic mechanism includes a cross-shaped magnetic suction frame. Both the lifting block grooves and the cross-shaped magnetic suction frame have independently controlled electromagnets built into them. This invention uses the magnetic suction mechanism and the crushing mechanism to lift and drop the cylindrical lifting block onto the concrete, effectively crushing it. Then, by raising the cross-shaped magnetic suction frame from the cylindrical lifting block and rotating it, the top layer of concrete is dispersed, and
metal waste in the concrete is adsorbed layer by layer. This process is repeated until all the
metal waste in the concrete is adsorbed, solving the problem of separating concrete and
metal waste through crushing.
