The invention concerns a method for determining whether to grant access of a user equipment (UE) to a radio access network in a present position of the user equipment (UE) within a communications system. The communications system comprises a control node (N1, N2) handling services for the user equipment (UE) and an access node (AN1, AN2) controlling the access network. The method is initiated by receiving a request for service processing for the user equipment (UE) in the control node (N1, N2) with an identification of the user equipment (UE). A subscriber group information is determined for the user equipment (UE) according to the identification of the user equipment and sent to the access node (AN1, AN2). Furthermore, an area access information according to the present location of the user equipment (UE) is determined in the access node (AN1, AN2). The access granting of the user equipment (UE) to the radio access network is performed according to a logical combination of the subscriber group information and the area access information. A method and compositions are described for labeling a targeting agent with Ga-68, in which eluate from an acid-eluted Ge-68/Ga-68 generator is combined with a macrocycle-containing targetable agent. The labeling method and compositions disclosed ensure that a simple elution of gallium-68, taken directly from a generator, can be used without further manipulation to quantitatively label a macrocycle-containing targetable agent. A scalable, energy efficient process for preparing cellulose nanofibers is disclosed. The process employs a depolymerizing treatment with one or both of: (a) a relatively high charge of ozone under conditions that promote the formation of free radicals to chemically depolymerize the cellulose fiber cell wall and interfiber bonds; or (b) a cellulase enzyme. Depolymerization may be estimated by pulp viscosity changes. The depolymerizing treatment is followed by or concurrent with mechanical comminution of the treated fibers, the comminution being done in any of several mechanical comminuting devices, the amount of energy savings varying depending on the type of comminuting system and the treatment conditions. This invention relates to a composition and method of fracturing subterranean formations utilizing a polymerized alkali silicate. The fracturing fluid includes an alkali silicate such as sodium silicate and an acid such as hydrochloric acid. The sodium silicate is polymerized to a silica gel using an acid. The resulting silica gel has a pH from about 2 to less than 7.5.

The presence of the metasurface provides selectivity with respect to wavelength, polarization and angle-of-incidence. The present invention provides a method for aqueous enzymatic extraction of soybean oil, which is in the field of extraction processing technology for plant oil. The method comprises treating crushed and peeled soybeans with an extrusion puffing process and a hydrolysis process with an alkaline proteinase, followed by a liquid nitrogen freezing and a high voltage electrostatic thawing process, and finally obtaining soybean oil by centrifugation. The benefits of the present invention includes short extraction time and high extraction yield. It saves up to 93.1% of time in the freezing and thawing process alone. The total oil yield is up to 95.4%. Furthermore, the method of the invention produces high quality oil with a low peroxide value, a low p-anisidine value and a low TOTOX value.
