A fuel system with a fuel tank having at least one opening into an interior of the fuel tank, and an electrically operated vent valve having an inlet communicated with the interior of the fuel tank and an outlet for venting fuel vapor from the fuel tank. The vent valve is movable in response to an electric signal between an open position allowing fuel vapor through the outlet and a closed position to restrict fluid flow through the outlet. A controller is operably communicated with the vent valve to control application of an electric signal to the vent valve and thereby control at least in part the movement of the vent valve between its open and closed positions. In one embodiment the controller is responsive to a fill level in the fuel tank to control the position of the vent valve and thereby the fill level attained within the fuel tank.

A damper is operable to regulate fluid flow between the cooking chambers. The heated liquid and the heated air are usable for a variety of thermal applications. A heat storage may be thermally coupled to the absorbing surface and to the liquid pipes. The air duct has several air valves, and is associated with a controller for regulating air flow through the air duct. The controller may regulate heat flow in accordance with an optimization program, receiving inputs from several sources, like a sensor monitoring a building, a sensor monitoring the solar energy module, and an environment sensor.

According to the method disclosed by the invention, the problem that the groove construction is difficult to perform in the rock salt with high content of the insoluble matters by water dissolution-process cavity construction can be solved; by adopting the method, the usable volume of a cavity can be improved by above 90% under the same geological conditions; and the overall economy is higher than that of a pure water dissolution cavity construction method.

The disadvantage is that the compression spring and the length of the guide rod should be suitably adjusted according to the height of a fuel tank because the compression spring is disposed between the tank flange and the cover of the storage container. According to the device for conveying fuel, the adjustment of the spring element and the fuel tank at different heights can be cancelled and the same standard spring element can be used as always. According to the invention, the spring element (9) is supported with one end on the ejector (15) and with the other end on the shoulder (14) of the guide rod (8).
