The steel roof joists, the steel beam column bodies, the roof boards, the floor boards, the outer wallboards, the inner wallboards and the like are modularly and industrially produced in special factories in advance, then transported to a construction site and finally spatially assembled and mounted by construction personnel by the aid of advanced mounting and
positioning equipment according to own standard modularization technology; all structural boards are connected by means of slots, bolts and gluing, so that convenience and quickness in mounting and demounting are achieved.
