The invention discloses a cooling
system for a
power station boiler high-temperature wall
infrared detection device. The cooling
system is formed by a long-tube-shape endoscopic lens, an
infrared CCD camera, a cooling
system, a support and a slide device. The lens is supported to the inner wall of an inner sleeve of a wind clamp
pipe through a fixation ring; the fixation ring is circumferentially provided with a loop of vent holes; the outer wall of an outer sleeve of the wind clamp
pipe is connected to a guide rail of the support through the slide device; the lens can move along the axial direction of the lens with the wind clamp
pipe; the back end of the lens is connected with the outer wall of the inner sleeve of the wind clamp pipe through an adjustment
flange; the lens can adjust image direction and vision
field angle through the adjustment
flange; the
infrared CCD camera is externally sleeved by an air-cooling housing; the
front edge of the support is provided with an annular wind groove; the wind clamp pipe, the air-cooling housing and the annular wind groove are respectively provided with an air inlet of cooled
compressed air; and the cooled
compressed air flows into a furnace through the wind clamp pipe and forms a protection air film to prevent the heat of high-temperature
smoke gas in the furnace from entering the lens, and reduce
pollution effect of flying ashes in the
smoke gas on the lens, and thus cooling and protection of the endoscopic lens are realized.
