The invention relates to an organic dye adsorbent, in particular to a gold doped cuprous oxide and a preparation method thereof. The preparation method of the gold doped cuprous oxide comprises the following steps: taking copper-hydrogen as a precursor and polyvinyl pyrrolidone as a protective agent, uniformly coating polyvinyl pyrrolidone on copper-hydrogen, then mixing with chloroauric acid in a water solution under normal temperature and pressure for oxidation-reduction reaction for 1-3 hour(s), and obtaining a black micronano level solid powder through centrifugal separation, wherein the percentage composition of gold in weight takes up 1-55 percent of the total weight and the balance is cuprous oxide. The adsorbent has good adsorption effect on dye with sulfonic acid group but has no adsorption effect on other dyes. Therefore, some mixed dye waste liquid can be circularly used. When used as a photo-catalyst, the problem of contacting between the dye and the photo-catalyst during the process of photochemical catalyst can be solved, and the efficiency of photochemical catalyst is improved. Since the light wave absorbed is in the range of the visible light when the invention is used to photo-degrade the organic matter, the invention can be used in daily wastewater treatment and has no nitrogenous matter making the water quality eutrophication.

The testing apparatus comprises a portal frame, a movable fixing rack, arockfall releaser, a rockfall sample and a slope simulation test bed. The movable fixing rack is arranged on a beam of the portal frame; the rockfall releaser is lifted by two steel wire ropes, and the rockfall sample is lifted by the rockfall releaser. The slope simulation test bed is arranged below the portal frame and comprises a slope simulation box; a slope simulation material and multiple sensors are contained in the slope simulation box; slopes of different shapes, different directions and different gradients can be simulated by slope simulation materials. When the rockfall recovery coefficient in different contact relations is determined, different contact relations between the rockfall sample and the simulated slope are simulated by the testing apparatus, such as point-surface contact, edge surface contact, surface-to-surface contact, point-edge contact, edge-edge contact, surface-edge contact, point-point contact, edge-point contact and surface-point contact; then, the rockfall recovery coefficient in different contact relations is determined.

Provided is a method for in-situ preparation of Fe/TiC composite powder by vacuum carbon thermal reduction. Titanium dioxide, a carbonaceous reducing agent, and iron or iron oxide are used as raw materials and are mixed and uniformly stirred according to a certain mass ratio; and the mixed powder after being pressed into cakes is put into a vacuum high-temperature furnace to be heated and is subjected to thermal insulation at a temperature of 1300-1600 DEG C and a pressure of 10-200 Pa for 1-2 hours to obtain a Fe/TiC composite powder material finally. The method has the beneficial effects that (1), the titanium dioxide, the carbonaceous reducing agent, and the iron or iron oxide are used as raw materials, compared with a traditional preparation method, the cost is lower, the technologicalprocess is simple, and easy industrial production is achieved; (2), an in-situ synthesis method is adopted, titanium dioxide is reduced by carbon in iron liquid at a high temperature, and TiC is directly generated in situ, so that TiC is uniformly distributed in an iron phase and impurities between Fe/TiC interfaces are avoided; and (3), a vacuum method is used for promoting reaction to reduce the content of dissolved carbon in the iron phase, and at the same time, the deoxidation can be more thorough and the higher purity composite powder is obtained. Therefore, the method has obvious advantages in terms of cost, process and purity.
