The electric lifting device comprises a body with a plug jack and a reducing motor, wherein the plug jack is provided with a screw mandrel and a push rod inside; the push rod is sleeved on the screw mandrel and in threaded connection with the screw mandrel; the inner end of the screw mandrel is connected with the reducing motor; the outer wall of the push rod and the inner wall of the plug jack form a first chamber; the inner wall of the push rod and the screw mandrel form a second chamber; lubricant oil is filled in the first chamber and the second chamber; and the push rod is provided with an oil communicating hole for communicating the first chamber and the second chamber, and a positioning mechanism for preventing the push rod rotating axially. The screw mandrel and the push rod of the electric lifting device are all soaked in the lubricant oil, and the electric lifting device adopts oil immersed lubrication so as to reduce wear of materials, reduce the noise and prolong the service life.

The invention provides a full-automatic intelligent cut-off water-sealed valve system and method for hot dirty gas. The system comprises a water-sealed valve body, a radar liquid level meter, a water feeding pipe, a water return pipe, a water tank, a water pump and an electromagnetic valve. The water-sealed valve body is of a box type structure, and a gas inlet, a gas outlet and a gas diffusion opening are formed in the top of the water-sealed valve body. A high-position water outlet, a middle-position water outlet and a low-position water outlet are sequentially formed in the side wall of the box body from top to bottom; the water inlet is formed in the same horizontal position as the high-position water outlet and is connected with a water pump outlet through a water feeding pipe; and the electromagnetic valve is arranged on a pipeline of the middle-position water outlet. The radar liquid level meter is fixed to the upper end in the water-sealed valve body box body, and the radar liquid level meter, the water pump and the electromagnetic valve are all connected with the PLC. Through the electromagnetic valve design of the high water outlet, the middle water outlet, the low water outlet and the middle water outlet, the water-sealed valve can be automatically in the normal working state and the cut-off state, and the water-sealed valve can be applied to a hot dirty gas pipeline and is safer and more reliable.
