An identification tag and related tag system are provided for securely mounting the identification tag onto a selected wearer or object, such as mounting onto a wearer's wrist or the like. The identification tag is adapted to receive wearer-related identification and other information in human readable and/or machine readable form, and for slide-fit assembly onto an elongated flexible strap such as a wristband or bracelet for mounting onto the selected wearer or object. In one preferred form, the identification tag includes a radio frequency identification (RFID) circuit adapted for communicating wearer-related information with a remote reader. The tag system, including the identification tag assembled with the flexible strap, is particularly useful with a small wearer or object, such as an infant, to provided a relatively extensive and relatively flat information-bearing surface area.

An insertion device and insertion set. The insertion device for inserting at least a portion of at least one piercing member of an insertion set through the skin of a patient includes a device housing, a carrier body and a driver. The carrier body is slidably received within the device housing for movement between an advanced position and a retracted position. The carrier body also includes a receiving structure to support the insertion set in a position with the at least one piercing member oriented for insertion through the skin of the patient at a predetermined or variable angle relative to the skin of the patient upon movement of the carrier body from the retracted position to the advanced position. The driver is operatively coupled between the device housing and the carrier body to urge the carrier body from the retracted position toward the advanced position to place at least a portion of the at least one piercing member of the insertion set thorough the skin of the patient to install the insertion set to the patient. The receiving structure of the carrier body is removable from the insertion set while maintaining the installation of the insertion set to the patient.

The TV stand assembly includes a rotatable shelf support, a TV mount to be connected to the back of a television, and an upstanding back spine to be removably received at one end thereof by a spine-receiving base of the rotatable shelf support and detachably connected at the opposite end thereof to the TV mount. The shelf support has first and second sets of rails that are pivotally coupled to respective opposite sides of the spine-receiving base. An improved LED assembly comprises a frame and a circuit substrate. The frame has a slot, which has an opening on the upper surface of the frame. An elongated inverted L-shaped structure is formed on either side of the opening, and one or more conductive strips are formed on the inner side of the elongated inverted L-shaped structure. Therefore, electricity may be supplied to the conductive strips of the frame. In assembly, the circuit substrate is slid into the slot of the frame so that each of the conductive strips of the circuit substrate is engaged with the corresponding conductive strip of the frame. An adjustable knitting and weaving hand loom includes differently shaped elongate sections. Tabs and channels connect the sections to form a closed frame by connecting adjoining sections in end-to-end abutment. The tabs and mating channels form sliding joints between adjoining sections.
