delay sequence of the data packet in a preset time region, obtaining an expected value, and calculating an overall time
delay change rate of an end-to-end network; acquiring the end-to-end delay of the data packet and the unidirectional delay
jitter of the periodic flow, comparing the overall delay change rate with the unidirectional delay
jitter, and adjusting the upper bound value and the lower bound value of the sending rate of the data packet; and adjusting a bandwidth
estimation range of the end-to-end network path, and when an interval value of the bandwidth
estimation range is smaller than a preset precision threshold, outputting an available bandwidth interval. According to the invention, the efficiency and precision of end-to-end available
bandwidth measurement in a 5G power network can be improved.
