Method and apparatus for network bandwidth-adaptive deployment and integration of ROS applications

A method for deploying and linking a ROS application package in a ROS-based distributed computed environment including multiple hosts includes: deploying a ROS application package to a specific host and predicting performance of a topic generated by a ROS-based module to which the ROS application package is deployed; measuring a maximum bandwidth between hosts for a plurality of hosts by using a network bandwidth measurement tool; generating localhost mode setting information based on the predicted performance; generating host-to-host middleware setting information based on the predicted performance; and transmitting a deployment command including the localhost setting information and the host-to-host middleware setting information to a target host.

A Channelization-Based Method for Measuring the Bandwidth of Cross-Channel Wideband Signals

This invention relates to a channelization-based method for measuring the bandwidth of cross-channel broadband signals. The method includes the following steps: grouping the channels of a channelized digital receiving system; determining whether the signal frequency is within the channel bandwidth range by judging the range of the sub-channel phase difference, thereby obtaining effective frequency measurement enable and effective detection pulses; calculating the signal frequency based on the sub-channel signal phase difference; selecting effective signal frequencies based on the sub-channel frequency measurement enable; measuring the bandwidth of the sub-channel signals; performing time-domain overlapping signal detection and processing; generating an effective channel identifier matrix for each signal; and summing the effective bandwidth measurements of the channels containing the signal based on the effective channel identifier matrix to obtain the signal bandwidth. In summary, this invention has the advantages of good broadband signal bandwidth measurement performance, wide application range, low resource consumption, high real-time performance, and is very suitable for systems that are sensitive to resource usage and have high real-time requirements.
