In the present disclosure, the cell classification in the cell sample can be realized through the information interaction transmission of the three systems, which simplifies the overall structure of the cytometer. At the same time, the cell classification result is improved in accuracy by jointly judging the cell classification through the cell characteristics collected under the bright field and fluorescent light sources.
