This invention relates to a weight-bearing walking aid for
lower limb injuries. The walking aid includes a support, upper brace, lower brace, sensor-damping integrated module, control box, and footrest, forming a four-level load-bearing structure. The cup-shaped support, internally lined with an elastic layer, conforms to the
pelvis, effectively transferring the
lower limb load to the
thigh-pelvic junction. The walking aid utilizes pressure sensors on the footrest and angle sensors at the joints to collect data in real time and transmit it to the control box for intelligent analysis. When the
knee joint angular acceleration exceeds a threshold and a
fall risk is detected, the control box energizes the coil in the sensor-damping integrated module to generate a
magnetic field, causing
eddy current damping in the
copper disc, instantaneously increasing the
knee joint's resistance to stabilize posture. Compared to existing technologies, this invention achieves a combination of precise weight reduction and active
fall prevention, and supports
rehabilitation data visualization via a
Bluetooth module.
