power pool are arranged in the middle of the box body, a power roller set is arranged in the soaking
pool in an inclined manner, a motor is installed in the box body, a rotating roller is rotatably connected in the
power pool, an output shaft of the motor penetrates the
power pool and is fixedly connected with the rotating roller, and the rotating roller is slidably connected with moving strips which are uniformly distributed in a circumferential direction. The power roller set in the soaking pool drives the PCB to move, and the rotating roller and the moving strips drive the liquid
medicine to flow, so that the liquid
medicine penetrates or bypasses the PCB to circulate, which not only solves the poor connection between different processes in the PCB production process, but also increases the
processing efficiency of the PCB soaking process through structural design.
