More particularly, upon insertion into a body, the cavity marking device and method enable one to determine the center, orientation, and periphery of the cavity by radiographic, mammography, echogenic, or other noninvasive imaging techniques. A composition and method are disclosed for locating the sentinel lymph node in a mammalian body to determine if cancerous cells have spread thereto. The composition is preferably a fluid composition consisting of a carrier fluid and some type of contrast agent; alternatively, the contrast agent may itself be a fluid and therefore not need a separate carrier fluid. This composition is capable of (1) deposition in or around a lesion and migration to and accumulation in the associated sentinel node, and (2) remote detection via any number of noninvasive techniques. Also disclosed is a method for remotely detecting the location of a sentinel node by (1) depositing a remotely detectable fluid in or around a lesion for migration to and accumulation in the associated sentinel node and (2) remotely detecting the location of that node with a minimum of trauma and toxicity to the patient. According tothe method, on the basis of reserving the advantages of simple implementation, good concurrency, suitability for range query and the like of a traditional skip list structure, the cache utilization rate of the whole operation process is improved, so that the memory index performance is obviously improved.

The invention discloses a breast cancer sentinel lymph node metastasis prediction method and system and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining a WSI with a label as a training data set, and carrying out the preprocessing, and obtaining an image block set; constructing a WSI classification model; pre-training a feature extractor by using the image block set to obtain a feature vector set; inputting the feature vector set into a prototype clustering module, and extracting a plurality of prototypes through clustering; the breast cancer sentinel lymph node WSI is divided into image blocks, and then the image blocks are input into a feature extractor to extract image block features; matching the image block features with a prototype input feature fusion module, generating a soft distribution histogram, and constructing a feature vector of breast cancer sentinel node WSI; and sending the feature vector of the breast cancer sentinel lymph node WSI into a full connection layer to obtain a WSI classification score, and performing transfer judgment. The method can better solve the problem of micro-metastasis identification while maintaining accurate identification of macro-metastasis, so that breast cancer sentinel lymph node metastasis can be accurately diagnosed.

Method for predicting spread range of microblog public opinions

The invention relates to the field of social network modeling and analysis, and specifically relates to a method for predicting a spread range of microblog public opinions. The method comprises the following steps: step 1), constructing a propagation network model of a microblog system; step 2), selecting a sentinel node in a microblog propagation network for judging a public opinion coverage area; step 3), using a sentinel monitoring node to establish a prediction model of the spread range of the microblog public opinions; and step 4), performing empirical statistical analysis on an event public opinion in an actual microblog network, and determining a key parameter in the prediction model. According to the method for predicting the spread range of the microblog public opinions provided by the invention, an empirical statistical experiment is performed in a social network with 500 to 1,000 microblog nodes, so as to obtain important parameters of the prediction model; then a network microblog capture program is written voluntarily to analyze, and statistical processing is made to the social network data with 5,000 to 10,000 nodes; and the microblog network of this sc ale is used to verify the accuracy of the prediction method, and the experimental result shows that the prediction accuracy is about 83.2%.
