A breeding device for fruit flies with an automatic separation and collection function belongs to the technical field of genetics. The breeding device is composed of a water bath incubator, a fly light trapping and collecting device, an automatic fly suction device, a power line and a power line plug. The breeding device is characterized in that the cross sections of the trumpet-shaped fly light trapping and collecting device are all round in shape; the diameters of the cross sections are of 5 to 10 cm; the height of the fly light trapping and collecting device is from 10 to 20 cm; the cross section of the upper end of the fly light trapping and collecting device has the smallest diameter, while the cross section of the lower end of the fly light trapping and collecting device has the largest diameter.
