hydrogen adsorption pump body and the helium adsorption pump body are arranged in a vacuum cold box, the
hydrogen adsorption pump body comprises a hydrogen barrier plate and a
hydrogen adsorption array which are sequentially arranged from the direction of the air inlet, the hydrogen adsorption array and the helium adsorption array have the same structure and comprise a heat-conducting disc and a plurality of adsorption plates connected to the heat-conducting disc, the helium adsorption pump body comprises a helium barrier plate and a helium adsorption array which are sequentially arranged from the direction of the air inlet, and the
refrigeration unit is used for controlling the hydrogen barrier plate, the helium barrier plate, the hydrogen adsorption array and the helium adsorption array to be in different temperature zones and respectively completing adsorption of different components; by controlling the hydrogen barrier plate, the helium barrier plate, the hydrogen adsorption array and the helium adsorption array to be in different temperature zones, the application can complete graded adsorption of
