The invention provides an electricity stealing prevention monitoring system used for an ammeter. The electricity stealing prevention monitoring system comprises a central control unit, an image acquisition unit, an electricity stealing prevention unit, an alarming unit, a power off protection module, a memory, and a backup power supply. The image acquisition unit comprises a camera, an infrared probe, and a video acquisition circuit. The alarming unit comprises an acousto-optic alarming device and a communication module. The electricity stealing prevention unit comprises an intelligent detection module, a temperature detection module, a distance sensor module, a door lock monitoring alarming device, and an identity identification module. The backup power supply, the power off protection module, and the memory are connected with the central control unit. The electricity stealing prevention unit is used for the comprehensive monitoring of the ammeter, namely, for the monitoring of the working state, the identity identification, and the door lock monitoring of the ammeter. When an electricity stealing phenomenon occurs, the alarming unit is used to send alarming information to workers timely, and the image acquisition unit is used to acquire the information of the images of the periphery of the ammeter, and therefore comprehensive protection is provided for the ammeter. The electricity stealing prevention monitoring system has advantages of simple structure and safe use.
