A beverage storage and discharge cap assembly includes an inner cylindrical housing rotatably nested within an outer cylindrical housing, the outer housing including a cap skirt having threads capable of being rotatably coupled to the neck of a bottle. The housings are hollow such that the inner housing may store a beverage substance therein, the inner housing having a closed top and the outer housing having a bottom wall for sealing the beverage substance within the cap assembly. A rotation of the inner housing causes a free edge thereof to rupture the bottom wall, thus releasing the stored beverage substance into the bottle whereby to interact with a beverage substance in the bottle. The housings include cooperating nubs that produce an audible sound or “pop” substantially simultaneous with rupture of the seal.

The method comprises the steps of generating a plurality of ultrasound waves with a common focal point using a phased array of ultrasound transducers, the common focal point being a haptic feedback point, and modulating the generation of the ultrasound waves using a waveform selected to produce little or no audible sound at the haptic feedback point.

A rotating rattle attachment for a fishing bait rig includes a generally conical hollow body member, a lead line tube axially disposed within the body member, and one or more chambers defined by the body member and the lead line tube. A device for delivering medications with hydroflouroalkane propellant driven metered-dose inhalers (MDIs). The device includes a collapsible bag to which is attached a bidirectional mouthpiece and an adaptor that receives the MDI. The mouthpiece contains a reed that functions as an audible signal and a screen to prevent inhalation of unwanted particles. When the MDI is triggered it discharges the medication into the collapsible bag which is then inhaled by the user through the mouthpiece. This collapses the bag.
