The tubular furnace air-path structure comprises an oxygen source, an air chamber, a pneumatic valuator, a flowmeter, a drying device, a dust removal device, a tubular furnace, an oxygen control valve, an air inlet control valve, an air outlet control valve, a washing control valve and an exhaust port. The tubular furnace air-path structure is provided with the washing control valve, before the tubular furnace air-path structure is used every time, the washing control valve is opened first, then the air inlet control valve is closed, the oxygen control valve is opened to introduce oxygen into the air chamber, the residual air generated in the air chamber during the previous application of the air-path structure is washed, and when the tubular furnace air-path structure is in use, the washing control valve is closed, so that the analysis precision is guaranteed by washing the air chamber before the application.
