An improved concrete cutter has a longitudinally-extending primary boom and one or more saw carriage sub-assemblies that move along the length of the boom. “Wing-like” boom extensions are hingedly secured at each end of the primary boom. The boom extensions can be easily positioned at each end of the primary boom to extend the cutting width of the concrete cutter and without requiring removal of the boom extensions from the concrete cutter. The saw carriage sub-assemblies are independently movable along the boom extensions. Carriage spacing is variably-adjustable along the boom such that each saw carriage can move toward or away from the other saw carriage. Each saw carriage sub-assembly is height-variable and is self-adjusting to contours in the profile of the concrete surface being cut.

A fuel cell is provided with a membrane electrode assembly provided with a frame, both of which are sandwiched between two separators. The fuel cell is configured such that reactive gas is circulated between the frame and the separators. The frame and both separators each have manifold holes, the rims of the manifold holes of frame extend into the manifold holes in the separators, and protrusions cover the inner peripheral surfaces of the manifold holes in at least one of the separators. This structure makes possible the easy and accurate position and integration of the separators and the frame, and fuel cell miniaturization can be achieved because space to position the protrusions is not needed.

Punch-down device

A punch-down device includes a housing, a driving mechanism, and at least one punch-down member. The housing forms therein hollow channels. The driving mechanism includes a rotation shaft and at least one rotary wheel, which is connected and supported by the rotation shaft at a top portion of the housing. The rotation shaft has an end extending outside the housing to form a coupling section. Each of the rotary wheels has a surface forming two tracks and two pegs. The two pegs of one rotary wheel are received in the two tracks of an adjacent one of the rotary wheels. The punch-down member is received in the hollow channels to correspond to the rotary wheels and be driven to move by the rotary wheels. The punch-down member has lower ends forming conductor depression sections. As such, the punch-down device carries out an operation of punching down and depressing conductors, whereby the efficiency of punch-down operation is increased and the operation is easy and reliable positioning is achieved.
