The invention relates to a limestone-
gypsum process desulphurization apparatus. A technical key point is as follows: the limestone-
gypsum process desulphurization apparatus comprises a limestone-
gypsum bin, a desulphurization
tower, a gypsum
sedimentation tank and a
chimney, wherein a desulphurization tank is arranged at the inner bottom of the desulphurization
tower, two
layers of defogging devices are arranged in the top of the desulphurization
tower, three spraying
layers are arranged below the defogging devices, each spraying layer comprises a
spray nozzle and a spraying
pipe, the
spray nozzle is connected with the desulphurization tank by virtue of the spraying
pipe, a
circulating pump is arranged on one end, which is closed to the desulphurization tank, of the spraying
pipe, the top of the desulphurization tank is connected with a
serous fluid tank by virtue of a
slurry inlet pipe, the
slurry inlet pipe is provided with a
slurry inlet pump, the
serous fluid tank is communicated with the limestone bin which is arranged above the
serous fluid tank by virtue of a
powder inlet pipe, the bottom of the desulphurization tank is communicated with the gypsum
sedimentation tank by virtue of a gypsum discharging pipe, the gypsum discharging pipe is provided with a gypsum slurry discharging pump, a
smoke inlet and a
smoke outlet are formed in the desulphurization tower, the
smoke inlet is arranged below the spraying
layers, the smoke outlet is disposed above the defogging devices, and the smoke outlet is communicated with the
chimney by virtue of a smoke discharging pipe. The limestone-gypsum process desulphurization apparatus is high in desulphurization efficiency, thorough in desulphurization and low in
sulfur dioxide concentration of the discharged smoke.
