Medical gargle product for Xerostomia and preparation method thereof

The invention relates to a medical gargle product for xerostomia and a preparation method thereof. The gargle comprises the following components: 0.1-5% of water-soluble chitosan, 0.1-1% of lactoferrin, 0.01-0.5% of lactoperoxidase, 0.1-0.5% of lysozyme, 0.01-0.1% of immunoglobulin, 1-10% of bovine colostrum extract, 1-10% of anti-caries sweetener, 0.1-1% of preservative and the balance of water for injections. The preparation method is characterized by firstly preparing a water-soluble chitosan solution, a solution of lactoferrin, immunoglobulin, anti-caries sweetener, preservative and bovine colostrum extract and a solution of lysozyme and lactoperoxidase respectively with part of the water for injections, mixing the prepared three solutions with the rest of the water for injections, stirring uniformly, subpackaging, and then sterilizing at 85 DEG C for 15 minutes to obtain the finished product. The gargle has the effects of immediately and rapidly moistening, comforting and freshening the oral cavity and the functions of resisting bacteria and viruses, preventing dental plaque, reducing gum inflammation and blooding and oral ulcer, promoting the healing of wounds in the oral cavity and preventing oral candidiasis. The gargle has the advantages of simple and convenient large-scale production process and no environmental pollution in the production process.

The invention relates to tartaric acid gelatin and a preparation method thereof. Each part of gelatin comprises an ingredient A (deionized water and 2.0 percent to 2.2 percent of methoxy ethylene/kuei-diene-maleic acid gel-linked polymers), an ingredient B (1.0 percent and 1.1 percent of sodium hydroxymethyl glycinate), an ingredient C (a proper amount of sodium hydroxide used for regulating the pH value) and an ingredient D (10 percent to 14 percent of a mixture of black fruit cranberry extracts, sugar cane extracts, orange extracts, lemon extracts and hard maple extracts, 5 percent to 7 percent of cytosol extracts, 3 percent to 5 percent of water yucca extracts, 5 percent to 6 percent of northern wild corn extracts, 0.5 percent to 0.6 percent of tocopherol peptide and 0.9 percent to 1.0 percent of a mixture of glucose, glucose oxidase and lactoperoxidase). The preparation method comprises the following steps: carrying out dispersing cooling on the ingredient A; heating the ingredient A for an hour to 80 DEG C for dissolving the ingredient A; cooling the ingredient A to 35 DEG C; adding the ingredient B; using the ingredient C for regulating the acidity to 4.5 to 5.0; and adding the ingredient D. When the prepared tartaric acid gelatin is applied onto the skin, the stimulation of the relative pure solution of the tartaric acid can be reduced, and the tartaric acid gelatin can perfectly reduce fine wrinkles, can generate the oxidation resistance effect, and can slow down the skin aging.
