The device is characterized by comprising a feeding roller, a transmission shaft and an electric motor; the feeding roller is mounted at the shrinkage position, with the diameter being on meter, below an original coal bunker, and is driven by the electric motor through the transmission shaft, the two ends of the transmission shaft penetrate corresponding holes in the coal bunker, the feeding roller is driven by the transmission shaft to rotate so as to move raw coal blocked above the upper portion, the dredging effect is achieved, furthermore, blades of the feeding roller are not located on the same plane in a staggered manner, when the feeding roller does not work, the roller shrinks into the transmission shaft through a controller connected into the transmission shaft, accordingly, drawing can be conveniently achieved through corresponding holes in thecoal bunker, and the disturbance in the raw coal feeding process is reduced.
