The invention relates to a two-dimensional code distribution method and system, an electronic device and a storage medium, and the method comprises the steps: creating a live code, generating a corresponding ID record in a database, and enabling the information in the live code to comprise the information of a plurality of different persons; acquiring a url address of the open interface of the server, and fitting the url address with the ID record to generate an external two-dimensional code; and obtaining an adding request of the user according to the external two-dimensional code, querying according to an ID record in the request to obtain a corresponding live code, obtaining a personal live code of a person needing to be added currently in the live code according to a user-defined polling rule, and returning the personal live code to the user side. Through application of the method and the device, the problem in the related technology that the enterprise micro account is unavailable and the customer is lost when a certain live code receives a plurality of adding requests under an extreme condition due to the fact that the multi-user live codes cannot be equally distributed is solved, and the marketing success rate of the enterprise and the user experience feeling are favorably improved.
