The invention discloses an automobile roof capable of releasing negative
oxygen ions, and belongs to the technical field of automobile parts. The automobile roof comprises a PU(
polyurethane)base material layer, a PVC(
polyvinyl chloride)fabric layer and a negative
oxygen ion film layer, the PU base material layer and the PVC fabric layer are pressed by a wet mould pressing process, and the negativeoxygen
ion film layer is formed by spraying negative
oxygen ion conversion liquid on the PVC fabric layer and then air-
drying. The PU base material layer is located on the bottommost layer of the automobile roof. The PVC fabric layer is composed of PVC, foaming and non-
woven fabric and located between the PU base material layer and the negative oxygen ion film layer. The negative oxygen ion filmlayer is located on the uppermost layer of the automobile roof and makes direct contact with air, and negative
oxygen ions are continuously released into an automobile. The negative
oxygen ions released by the negative oxygen ion film layer can kill harmful substances such as
bacteria, viruses and microorganisms, so that the
environmental health of automotive trim is improved; the negative oxygenion film layer can adsorb
active oxygen(oxygen free radicals)generated by pollutants,
nitric oxide, cigarettes and the like originally coming from the
atmosphere, harm of excessive
active oxygen to the
human body is reduced, and air is purified.
