This invention relates to an adjustable lumbar lateral anterior wedge fusion device, comprising a first body, a second body, a first support rod and a second support rod rotatably mounted at one end on the first body and the other end on the second body, a third support rod and a fourth support rod rotatably mounted at one end on the first body and the other end on the second body, and an angle adjustment device for adjusting the tilt angle of the second body.
