A device used to treat heart disease by decreasing the size of a diseased heart, or to prevent further enlargement of a diseased heart. The device works by limiting the volume of blood entering the heart during each cardiac cycle. The device partitions blood within the heart, and protects the heart from excessive volume and pressure of blood. The device is placed within the interior of the heart, particularly within a ventricular cavity. The device is a hollow sac, with two openings, which simulates the shape and size of the interior lining of a ventricle of a normal heart. It allows the ventricle to fill through one opening juxtaposed to the annulus of the inflow valve to a predetermined, normal volume, and limits filling of the heart beyond that volume. It then allows blood to be easily ejected through the second opening through the outflow valve. By limiting the amount of blood entering the ventricle, the ventricle is not subjected to the harmful effect of excessive volume and pressure of blood during diastole, the period of the cardiac cycle when the heart is at rest. This allows the heart to decrease in size, or to reverse remodel, and to recover lost function. In some applications, a second device may be simultaneously placed inside the heart to take up excessive space between the heart and the primary device.

Graphite aluminum-magnesium alloy grounding material and preparing method thereof

The present invention provides a graphite aluminum-magnesium alloy grounding material which is obtained through the following steps: placing the graphite into a mixed solution of hydrochloric acid and nitric acid for immersing and acid washing twice for changing the inner structure, after rinsing until the pH value gets to 7.0, dewatering for high-temperature swelling, expanding the graphite worm to 50-70 times of normal volume; adding magnesium powder, aluminum powder, manganese powder and zinc powder, mixing to uniform; executing extrusion forming to the graphite worm under the pressure of 5-8MPa for forming a graphite worm bland; and executing high temperature sintering. According to the invention, the graphite is added with metallic ions of magnesium, aluminum, manganese and zinc. The graphite aluminum-magnesium alloy grounding material of the invention has the advantages of stable resistance value of product, good corrosion resistance, cathodic protection provided for the main grounding system, effectively reduced grounding resistance and delayed corrosion efficiency of main grounding network. The graphite aluminum-magnesium alloy grounding material of the invention is suitable for the grounding of high soil resistivity areas (mountain area, sand land, etc.) including the tower of transmission line, meteorological station and ecological monitoring station.

Low-volume spray containing emamectin benzoate and dinotefuran

The invention provides a low-volume spray containing emamectin benzoate and dinotefuran, relating to pesticides. The spray comprises the following raw materials by mass percent: 1-10% of emamectin benzoate, 1-20% of dinotefuran, 5-15% of tea saponin and the balance of water. When the spray is prepared, water and tea saponin are added to a mixing kettle to be mixed uniformly, then emamectin benzoate and dinotefuran are added and are fully dispersed in water and tea saponin mixed liquor, then a sand mill is used for milling, a sample is taken to be detected, and the product is filled and packaged after the sample is qualified. The spray has the advantages that with water and natural tea saponin as carriers, the spray is safe to human and livestock, does not easily cause damages to crops and is safe and environment-friendly; the formula is simple; with water as the carrier, the spray is low in cost and has high cost performance; the water consumption for diluting agents is low, so that the spray is especially suitable to be used in arid areas and water-deficient high mountain areas; the spray can be used for low-volume and ultralow-volume spraying and has higher work efficiency than normal-volume sprays, thus saving the labor cost; the liquid drip loss is low and the pesticide utilization rate is high, thus reducing environmental pollution.

Dilute surfactant or isolated surfactant protein solution for the reduction of surface tension in the lung

In permeability lung edema, cardiogenic lung edema or neonatal respiratory distress, there is heterogeneous liquid distribution throughout the lungs. The excess alveolar liquid reduces gas exchange. Mechanical ventilation is used to improve gas exchange. In the presence of heterogeneous liquid distribution, there are surface tension-dependent stress concentrations in septa separating aerated from flooded alveoli. Mechanical ventilation, by inflating the lung above normal volumes, thus increasing surface tension above normal, exacerbates the stress concentrations and consequently injures, or exacerbates pre-existing injury of, the alveolar-capillary barrier. Any means of lowering surface tension should lessen ventilation injury of the lung. In the present invention, dilute exogenous surfactant solution or surfactant protein C solution interacts with albumin to lower surface tension, likely through effective promotion of surfactant lipid adsorption. Dilute surfactant or SP-C solution could be administered via either the trachea or the vasculature. Either solution could be delivered in the absence or presence of albumin or alternative facilitating solute, to lower surface tension and lessen ventilation injury of the heterogeneously flooded lung.

The invention changes the disadvantage of the prior art and can transfer the identified result from a certain stored image into an image among the stored images. The precision using the invention can be outstandingly improved compared with the normal volume holographic corelator not using the invention.
