PendingCN122342769ACompulsive disordersNeurophysins
The application relates to application of Lactobacillus murinus in preparation of a drug for treating obsessive-compulsive disorder. The application provides application of Lactobacillus murinus in preparation of a drug for treating obsessive-compulsive disorder, two different OCD mouse models are used to systematically evaluate the intervention effect of Lactobacillus murinus on obsessive-compulsive behavior, and the potential molecular mechanism is preliminarily explored. The results show that the intervention of Lactobacillus murinus can effectively improve the anxiety and obsessive-compulsive behavior of OCD model mice. Further mechanism research finds that the intervention effect may be related to the increase of the activity of excitatory neurons in the medial prefrontal cortex (mPFC) of Lactobacillus murinus.
