A manufacturing method and its components for inner-tension pre-stress extra-light structure wall surface comprises the following steps: a steel wire rope is threaded in inner holes of pipe fittings, a steel plate is used to connect pipe fittings, guidance pieces are arranged at one ends of pipe fittings, and the steel wire rope in pipe fittings is pre-tensioned to required design tension. After required tension is pre-tensioned, both ends of the rope are sealed with plugs and the extra-light structure is formed. A beam frame is arranged between the extra-light structure unit with connection of steel plate, light fillings or structural blocks made of inflated plastic bottle, polyurethane and thermal shrinkage film are filled in the frame space. A steel plate punched joggle piece is arranged at the surrounding of the frame. A plastic intrusion plate with thermal and sound insulation performance is arranged on the external surface of the frame which is filled with the fillings or the structural blocks, and an external decoration layer is used on both sides of the frame. The present invention has the advantages that varieties of beam and bridge, suspended bridge and floating bridge are manufactured with less materials, low prices, and high rigidity and strength, and are applicable for mass production and module construction. The applications range from single room on single floor, a plurality of rooms on single floor, two floors, three floors and high building, large building, to bridge or waterborne building.
