This application provides a method, apparatus, and
system for detecting the carbon fixation efficiency of
calcium-based components and free
total calcium in steel
slag. The method involves obtaining the following samples: preparing carbonized steel
slag powder samples and raw steel
slag powder samples; determining the
calcium-based compound content parameters: detecting the
mass fraction of
calcium-based compounds in the raw steel slag
powder samples; determining the
carbon dioxide release parameters: performing programmed temperature rise tests on the carbonized steel slag powder samples and raw steel slag powder samples under an
inert atmosphere to obtain the
mass fraction of
carbon dioxide released by the
decomposition of
calcium carbonate in the carbonized steel slag powder samples and raw steel slag powder samples; determining the free
total calcium content parameters of each sample; and calculating the carbon fixation efficiency: based on the aforementioned parameters, calculating the carbon fixation efficiency of the calcium-based components and the free
total calcium in the steel slag, accurately correcting background carbon interference, establishing a dedicated carbon fixation efficiency detection and calculation
system for the inherent calcium-based components and free total calcium in steel slag, and solving the problem of result deviation in existing detection methods.
