The application discloses an unmanned ship recycling device, a recycling system and a recycling method. The unmanned ship recycling device comprises a crane module, a docking module and a control module. The crane module comprises a hoisting arm and a motion compensation arm, the working end of the hoisting arm is hinged to the connecting end of the motion compensation arm, and the working end of the hoisting arm and the motion compensation arm is respectively provided with a first pulley set and a second pulley set. The docking module comprises an electromagnetic connecting hook, a connecting male head and a traction rope. The control module comprises a central control unit and a first position sensor, and the first position sensor is located on the hoisting arm. The application realizes the automatic parking of the unmanned ship through motion compensation and relative motion compensation, and saves manpower. Precise positioning adjustment and positioning recognition device ensure the high efficiency of the unmanned ship recycling. The electromagnetic connecting hook and the connecting male head have effective grabbing and locking mechanisms, which improve the reliability and safety of operation, and also significantly improve the safety and efficiency of operation.

Green PCTC fire rescue layout structure

This invention provides a green PCTC (Potentially Controlled Traction Control) fire-fighting and life-saving layout structure, including lifeboats positioned on the port side of the stern of the highest deck of the ship. A meeting point is located forward of the lifeboats, and escape routes pointing to the meeting point are planned on the corresponding decks with arrows. The planning criteria for the escape routes include: lower decks prioritize routes to upper decks; intermediate compartments prioritize routes to side compartments; ship's side positions prioritize routes to the midships position; bow positions prioritize routes to the stern position; and locations with access passages prioritize using those passages, while locations without access passages prioritize routes close to the compartment walls. This invention enables rapid deployment of lifeboats, and in conjunction with the escape passages on the decks, improves the speed and efficiency of fire-fighting and life-saving operations.
