A normal connection state and a destroy connection state exist between the needle sleeve and the needle seat; in a normal connection state, the needle sleeve is sleeved into the needle head and the needle seat through the opening and is in screwed fit with the external thread of the needle seat through the internal thread, and the two buckles of the needle sleeve are respectively opposite to the two ports of the groove of the needle seat; and in a connection destroying state, the needle sleeve is sleeved into the needle head and the needle seat through the opening, and the internal thread of the needle sleeve integrally crosses the external thread of the needle seat or partially crosses the external thread of the needle seat and is respectively clamped into the two ports of the groove of the needle seat through the two buckles. The needle sleeve has the advantages that the mounting and dismounting mode of the needle sleeve is changed from traditional'plugging 'into'screwing-in and screwing-out', only radial rotating force needs to be provided when the needle sleeve is dismounted, pulling with force is not needed, and the needle stick injury caused by hand rebound when the needle sleeve is pulled out is effectively avoided.

The invention relates to a dosage-controllable rapid analgesic injection device for a battlefield. The injection device comprises a hollow pen body and a compressed spring in the pen body, wherein a pressing bar threads out one end of the pen body, a needle is arranged at the other end of the pen body, the pressing bar is abutted against a head end of the arranged compressed spring in the pen body, and a tail end of the compressed spring is abutted against a bulge of the internal wall of the pen body; the needle communicates with one end of a drug bin in the pen body, and the other end of the drug bin is provided with a pressing part for extruding contents of the drug bin; and thorn strips are further arranged between the pressing bar and the internal wall of the pen body, top ends of the thorn strips are abutted against the pressing part of the drug bin, and a reverse stopping ratchet which is used for pushing the thorn strips towards a drug bin direction is arranged aside the pressing bar. The injection device has the beneficial effects that the convenience of injection and the controllability of injection dosage can be improved through controlling and setting the storage type drug bin and pressing times, and the difficulty of injecting in a battlefield environment can be lowered.
