The disclosure describes a method for enabling internet access to information hosted on a computer or a storage device (CSD), even without having a web server software on the CSD. The CSD is registered with a server and assigned an ID by the server. Information about all CSDs is stored in a database on the server. A unique resource locator (URL) is created for each file intended to be shared. The URLs of all hosted files are stored in a file called the registry file residing on the CSD. An intending recipient may enter the URL of the desired file in a web browser. The URL is sent from the web browser to the server. The server forwards the URL to the CSD The file is retrieved from the CSD and sent to the server. The server forwards the file to the recipient computer, where the web browser displays it.

The present invention has multiple aspects. In its simplest aspect, the present invention is directed to an intermediate bone block comprising a machined segment of cortical bone, cancellous bone or both, the intermediate having a face comprising one to ten compression surfaces and one to ten cavities, the compression surfaces suitable for compressing soft tissue, the cavities for receiving and holding overflow soft tissue. A method and system for allocating special-purpose computing resources in a multiprocessor system capable of executing a plurality of threads in a parallel manner is disclosed. A thread requesting the execution of a specific program is allocated a special-purpose processor with the requested program loaded on its local program store. The programs in the local stores of the special-purpose processors can be evicted and replaced by the requested programs, if no compatible processor is available to complete a request. The thread relinquishes the control of the allocated processor once the requested process is executed. When no free processors are available, the pending threads are blocked and added to a request-queue. As soon as a processor becomes free, it is allocated to one of the pending threads in a first-in-first-out manner, with special priority given to a thread requesting a program already loaded on the processor.

When an alarm is generated from the network, the alarm information is stored in the uncleared alarm table, and when the alarm is released, the alarm information is cleared from the uncleared alarm table and moved to the cleared alarm table. The alarm information is also stored in the listener tables. The alarm managers read the alarm information from their listener tables and display it. Therefore, load produced during searching for alarm information is distributed, increasing the speed and efficiency of the alarm information search.

The present invention relates to a method and a device for automatically stacking tires (4) on a support (1). According to the method, geometrical data of the tires (4) and/or a digital model of the tires (4) is provided, based on the geometrical data and/or the tire model and a predefinable size of the support (1), an algorithm calculates a stacking pattern for the tires (4) on the support (1) by taking into account a predefined size of the support, said stacking pattern making it possible to store the largest possible number of tires (4) in a stable manner on the support (1). Positional data of the tires (4) are adopted from the stacking pattern and associated trajectories of a handling device for stacking the tires (4) are generated and stored according to the stacking pattern. The stored positional data and trajectories are retrieved and transferred to the handling device, which receives the tires (4) at a given receiving position and puts the same on the support (1) in accordance with the positional data and associated trajectories. The present method and the associated device make it possible to automatically stack the tires with an optimal stacking pattern for the tires.

A deployable structure for use in establishing a reflectarray antenna is provided that includes a flexible reflectarray and a deployment structure that includes an endless pantograph for deploying the flexible reflectarray from a folded, undeployed state towards a deployed state in which the flexible reflectarray is substantially planar.
