The invention relates to a method for extracting lignin in a biomass material by using an ion liquid. The method comprises: 1) naturally air-drying or drying a biomass solid material, and then crushing into powder; 2) adding to an ion liquid, and carrying out heating stirring dissolving to form a suspension solution; 3) adding to a sodium hydroxide solution, carrying out a stirring reaction, and filtering to obtain the filtrate; and 4) adjusting the pH value to 2 with a dilute hydrochloric acid solution, carrying out a heating reaction, filtering to obtain the filter residue and the filtrate, and drying the filter residue to obtain the lignin, wherein the filtrate is treated and then is recycled. The method of the present invention has the following advantages that: the composite structure formed by closely compounding lignin, hemicellulose and cellulose in the biomass material can be effectively destroyed, more than 30% of the lignin in the biomass material can be effectively extracted, the purity of the extracted lignin is high, and the extracted lignin is easily be subjected to the high value processing utilization; and the ion liquid can be recycled a plurality of times, the toxic or harmful byproducts are hardly produced, and the generation of the secondary pollution is reduced.

The provided method omits the tedious processes in the conventional grease refining technology such as deacidification, decoloring, and deodorizing through various chemical or physical processes, and has the advantages of short process procedure and high efficiency. The refined oil acid value is 0.21 to 0.23 mg / g after molecular distillation, and reaches the national A-grade edible oil standard. Furthermore, the obtained active protein powder is not processed at a high temperature, and is not modified, so the active protein powder is a high quality raw material for preparing foods with a high protein content.
