The invention relates to hydrogel as well as a preparation method and application thereof. The hydrogel is patterned temperature-sensitive hydrogel which comprises the following raw material components in parts by mass: 10-50 parts of an N-isopropylacrylamide monomer, 0.01-0.2 part of graphene oxide and 5-30 parts of a cross-linking agent. The hydrogel is applied to cell culture and collection ofcell layers and can be further used for establishing three-dimensional tumor models.
