The invention discloses a nano composite hydrogel based on phase
engineering 1T-MoSe2 as well as a preparation method and application of the nano composite hydrogel. The nano composite hydrogel comprises a temperature-sensitive
hydrogel matrix, and the < 1 > T-MoSe2 nanosheets are dispersed in the
hydrogel matrix. The hydrogel loaded with the 1T-MoSe2 nanosheets is used for preparing the
medicine or dressing for treating the diabetic chronic wounds, the dressing can generate a large amount of ROS and generate the
photothermal effect under the combined stimulation of exogenous
ultrasound (US) and near-
infrared light (NIR), and the hydrogel has efficient photothermal response and ROS generation capacity and can be used for preparing the
medicine or dressing for treating the diabetic chronic wounds. Low-concentration
hydrogen peroxide can be catalyzed to generate a large amount of hydroxyl radicals (. OH), and the broad-spectrum sterilization effect on various
bacteria is achieved in combination with the
photothermal effect; when no exogenous stimulation exists, inherent SOD and CAT-like
enzyme activity is shown, excessive
active oxygen is removed, the
oxidative stress state of the
wound surface is effectively relieved, polarization of macrophages to M2 anti-inflammatory phenotypes is promoted, and control over the inflammatory state is achieved.
