The invention discloses a preparation method for an injectable poly(L-lactic acid) microsphere. The preparation method comprises the following steps: (1) preparing an organic solution of poly(L-lacticacid); (2) preparing an aqueous solution of sodium carboxymethylcellulose / mannitol; (3) adding the organic solution of poly(L-lactic acid) into the aqueous solution of sodium carboxymethylcellulose / mannitol drop by drop, carrying out uniform mixing, and then removing an organic solvent in the mixed solution; and (4) lyophilizing the solution obtained in the step (3) so as to obtain the injectablepoly(L-lactic acid) microsphere. According to the preparation method of the invention, a mixed solvent of sodium carboxymethylcellulose and mannitol is used as a stabilizer; when the freeze-dried mixture is redissolved, the poly(L-lactic acid) microsphere can be uniformly dispersed in the solution, and good injectable effect is obtained; and the preparation method of the invention is simple in process steps and suitable for mass preparation and industrial application.

The invention provides a coal mine underground reservoir and a multi-layer grouting anti-seepage reinforcement method for a reservoir dam and belongs to the field of coal mine underground construction. According to the multi-layer grouting anti-seepage reinforcement method, the area of the underground reservoir and the location of the coal pillar dam are determined and set through the volume; two side tunnels and withdrawal tunnels of the underground reservoir are drilled, concrete grout and silica sol are sequentially sprayed on the tunnel walls, and concrete and silica sol spray layers are formed; a plurality of shallow grouting holes are constructed in the sides, near the coal pillar dam, of the two side tunnels and the withdraw tunnels and the holes are sealed for grouting, and then a plurality of deep grouting holes are constructed and sealed for grouting; and finally, an artificial water retaining dam is constructed for sealing the tunnels, and accordingly the closed coal mine underground reservoir is formed. The multi-layer grouting anti-seepage reinforcement method has the double effects of reinforcement and sealing on the coal pillar of the coal mine underground reservoir; and nano-scale, inorganic, green and efficient materials are selected, the anti-seepage safety of the coal pillar dam can be ensured, and the coal mine underground reservoir is made durable and stable.

The thermally induced hydrogel is composed of an amphiphilic block copolymer containing selenium or tellurium and a solvent; thermally induced gelatinization phase transformation of a water system of the amphiphilic block copolymer and the solvent can be realized with temperature increasing so as to realize spontaneous formation of a physical hydrogel, wherein the amphiphilic block copolymer containing selenium or tellurium is obtained via covalent bonding of small molecules containing selenium or tellurium with an amphiphilic block copolymer. Long-acting platinum drug gel sustained-release preparations can be obtained via coordination of the thermally induced hydrogel with platinum drugs. The long-acting platinum drug gel sustained-release preparations are capable of prolonging and adjusting release behavior of the loaded platinum antitumor drugs. Drug administration of the long-acting platinum drug gel sustained-release preparations in tumor, around tumor, or in tumor cavity can be realized via injection; in situ formation of gel is realized at body temperature, and the platinum drugs loaded via coordination bonds can be released from the gel slowly, so that administration frequency is reduced, and drug whole body toxicity is reduced. The long-acting platinum drug gel sustained-release preparations can be applied to tumor treatment at different periods.
